1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Paper Bingo website and service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service (Entertainment Only & RNG Disclaimer)

The Service is provided strictly for entertainment and amusement purposes.

No Real Money Gambling: Paper Bingo is not a gambling platform. The Service does not accept deposits, wagers, or bets of real money, nor does it pay out real money winnings.
Uncertified Randomization: You expressly acknowledge that the random number generation (RNG) and card shuffling algorithms used by Paper Bingo are not certified by any gaming commission, auditor, or regulatory body.
- Technical Implementation: The Service utilizes a standard client-side pseudo-random number generator (specifically the Fisher-Yates shuffle algorithm utilizing the browser's native Math.random() function).
- Not Cryptographically Secure: This method is not cryptographically secure and is not intended for use in high-stakes environments, regulated gaming, or scenarios where "true" randomness is legally required. Patterns may be theoretically predictable, and the Service makes no guarantee of statistical randomness.
User Responsibility: You agree not to use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling or lotteries. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all local, state, and federal laws regarding gaming.

3. Health and Safety Disclaimer (Photosensitivity)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Some individuals may experience epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain light patterns or flashing lights. Exposure to certain patterns or backgrounds on a computer screen or while using the Service may induce an epileptic seizure in these individuals, even in those who have no history of prior seizures or epilepsy.

Assumption of Risk: By using the Service, you acknowledge this risk and agree that Paper Bingo is not liable for any health complications, including seizures, resulting from the use of the Service.
Immediate Cessation: If you, or anyone using the Service, experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, any involuntary movement, or convulsions, IMMEDIATELY discontinue use and consult a physician.

4. User-Generated Content & Prohibited Conduct

You are solely responsible for any text, images, or other data that you upload, input, or display on Paper Bingo ("User Content").

No Illegal or Prohibited Content: You agree that you will not upload or input any content that:
- Is unlawful, illegal, or promotes illegal activities.
- Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory.
- Infringes on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any other person.
- Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
No Endorsement: Paper Bingo does not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any User Content.
Right to Remove: We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, refuse, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason, at our sole discretion.

5. Warranty Disclaimer ("As-Is")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paper Bingo expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

Reliability: We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Suitability: We make no warranty that the Service will meet your specific requirements (e.g., hosting a live event or party).
Accuracy: We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of any results (including game outcomes) obtained through the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT PAPER BINGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Service Failure: Damages resulting from the inability to use the Service during a scheduled event, party, or gathering. We are not responsible for ruined events, social embarrassment, or "loss of fun" due to server crashes, bugs, or downtime.
Data Loss: Damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
Medical Issues: Any physical or mental injury arising from the use of the Service, including the health issues described in Section 3.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Paper Bingo (and its operators, affiliates, and partners) harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of:

Your use of the Service.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of any rights of another (including intellectual property rights).
Any User Content you post or share.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Age Limitation

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. By using Paper Bingo, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Service shall be instituted in a state or federal court in New York.
